Forged at the world famous Svante Djarv family forge!

I got this large hook while visiting Svante and his family in Sweden in August. It’s the last hook he’s ever made in this style before switching over to his newer “Spoon Knife Hollow” design. I bought it for sentimental reasons but I already have hooks I use everyday and this should go to someone who is going to love it, and make mountains of wood chips with it.

One of a kind, and will never be made again.

Material - Iron and Ash wood handle that flat sides to provide better turning power.

The rippled texture on the handle is something I love as it slips less I the hands, which means less blisters for those late night - can’t stop carving sessions.

These tools don’t come with a sheath or case, so I’ll cardboard and tape it up so it arrives safely.
