I carved this cup in the style of my older woodsy camp cups. They just fit nice in the hand, and look great hanging from your backpack.
It’s a different sports model than my newer forms that have deep undercuts, are a lot more complicated to design and carve. But there is something really nice about the simplicity of straighter walls, and it gives off more of a rustic look.
It’s woodsy, more of the everyday sipper’s cup.
